The Sponsorship applications are ready!! This is how we keep the costs way down for all the attendees so the sponsors are a vital ingredient to making the Huntley Fallfest a reality. So we thank all of our sponsors from the years before and hope to earn the privilege of hosting you at our festival this year. If you have not received the application in the mail by now, please go to "Sponsors" on the Main Menu. Here you will find the official sponsorship letter and the downloadable form. If you have ANY questions please contact Pam Fender our Sponsor Chair at (847) 302-6772. As you will see, we dropped the entry level sponsorship costs to $150 this year. There will also be an early bird discount for sponsors that get their application in early. Also, it is first come, first serve to pick YOUR location in the park based on the sponsorship level. In addition, the sooner we receive the sponsor application the faster we can add your logo & link to this website! Finally, there are a lot of great bands and new events this year so we are hoping to beat our 5,000 attendance from last year! Please email or call with any questions. Gary Minor

Here are the updates for May. The Food Vendor form is now available. Just look under "resources" and get your application in.
We are still looking for more crafters and fine art vendors. We do not have any more space available for Jewelers, Mary Kay, or Arbonne. Entertainment: We are not accepting any more music talent for the evening shows. These positions are filled. Please contact us again next year. Business sponsor letters will go out in the mail within the next week. If you wish to be a business sponsor, please contact Pam Fender at (847) 302-6772. Looking to volunteer or belong to a group that would like to help out? Please contact me (Gary) at (847) 421-9191. We are looking for assistance with parking, front gate and kid's zone. New Stuff: - We will have three popular Friday night bands. To Be Announced soon. This will start at 6pm sharp. Just follow the lights in the sky.
- FREE kid's parade to kick off Saturday Morning. Bring your kids to the main tent at 9:30 am. They will work with Lollipop the Clown to create their own parade decorations to march into the park with at 10am. More information to come.
- Baggo Tournament is BACK! Start building a team. We will offer an early sign up form on this website in the coming months. Sponsored by HYSO
- With last year's proceeds, we purchased a new Kid's Stage. This will not only be used for the Fallfest but throughout the year for all Park District events.
- With last year's proceeds, we donated to the Friends of Huntley Library to assist with the proposed library expansion. The book sale will be back this year at the HFF!!
